InboxMarket privacy notice

Updated 10 October 2026. InboxMarket is operated by Internext Information Technology. This notice describes the account, advertising, publishing and payment service.

What we store

We store your name, email address, a password hash, account status, registration and consent timestamps, placement names/formats/categories, unique placement identifiers and setup-help requests. For paid setup help, we also store your approved invoice, service scope, payment terms, quoted AED and USD totals, PayPal order and capture references, payment status and notification identifiers. Do not send passwords, recipient lists or sensitive information in help requests.

Why we use it

We use these details to maintain your account, provide placement codes, review requests, arrange requested support and protect the service from abuse. Registration does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Sessions and technical records

An essential session cookie keeps you signed in. Rate-limit records use hashed keys derived from account or connection identifiers. The hosting server may retain access and error logs, including IP addresses and requested URLs. House placeholder links do not create billable records. Paid ad links create signed visit references. We use a keyed hash of the connection IP address and browser user-agent to link visits and limit duplicates; these identifiers are pseudonymous rather than anonymous. The advertiser-installed tracker reports a visit nonce, visible-page duration and whether interaction occurred. We do not request your email recipients or mailing list.

Campaigns, earnings and operator records

We store campaign text, destination URLs, domain verification records, budgets, review states, assignments, validated visit records, wallet entries, earnings and payout requests, including a PayPal receiving email if you request a payout. Operators see these records to review traffic and process service requests. Operator changes are recorded in an audit trail. Advertisers are responsible for explaining their website tracking and obtaining any required choices before loading the tracker.

Storage and access

Account data is stored on our hosting server outside the public website folder. Authorised operators and hosting/service providers may access data to operate and support the service. Payment services, when used, process payment information under their own policies. For PayPal checkout, the quoted service amount and a service reference are sent to PayPal; payment confirmation is received from PayPal. This site does not collect card details.

Retention and your requests

We keep account and placement records while needed to provide the service and handle outstanding requests. Unbilled click references are removed after 48 hours by maintenance. Financial, approved-visit and audit records are retained while needed for reconciliation, disputes and applicable obligations. Daily private backups support recovery. Contact support to request access, correction or closure; we will verify your identity before making account changes. Never send your password.
